GENERAL VENDOR INFO
We are accepting applications for the following types of vendors:
Food, Craft/Merchandise, Brews and Spirits
FESTIVAL DATES AND VENDING HOURS
All vendors must arrive on site between 12:00PM-4:00PM Thursday, July 27th.
Vendors will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Because of the extensive schedule of music and activities, many vendors choose to remain open late. If you’re set up and ready to go Thursday night, you’re welcome to open up shop. We encourage our vendors to stay through Sunday night, departing Monday, July 31st.
In order to preserve the condition of the walking paths, vehicles will not be permitted to drive into the venue. When you arrive, you will be directed to the closest road access. There will be trailers/golf carts and volunteers available on Thursday, July 27th from 12:00PM-4:00PM to help you transport your supplies. Camping is not permitted at your booth. There is a designated parking area. After initial set up at your booth location, all vehicles must be moved to the parking area. For those who need to restock each day, arrangements can be made with the Vendor Coordinator. No vehicles (including golf carts) will be allowed in the Main Venue unless you have received prior written permission from Feral Fest.
There is an area designated for vendor camping adjacent to VIP and GA Camping.
VENDOR CONTRIBUTION TO FESTIVAL RECYCLING
A festival can produce a lot of trash. We are very committed to reducing the amount of trash that is sent to the landfill and have been developing a recycling and waste program. We encourage all vendors to purchase recyclable containers/packaging.
As part of our commitment to the environment, we encourage vendors to buy products locally and organically where possible.
VENDOR LOYALTY PROGRAM
Have you vended our event in the past? You will never pay more than you first paid to vend at Feral Fest. As we grow and the value of your vendor package increases, Feral Fest will pick up the difference. Whatever you paid then is what you’ll pay going forward. We love you guys and gals and we want you to grow with us! When your application is approved, you will be issued a loyalty code to use at checkout when you purchase your booth space. HOW TO APPLY
Please click the appropriate tab below (food, craft, or brews and spirits vendors) to fill out an application online.
Applications must be received no later than Friday, June 30th to be included in the initial review and acceptance process. Applications will still be accepted *with a $25 late fee* between June 30th and Friday, July 14th. All proposals will be reviewed, and an email will be sent to you indicating whether or not you have been accepted.
Our primary method of sending out information is via e-mail. You will have an opportunity to include any questions you may have as part of your application.
